科研人才招聘需要“查三代”吗? ——基于16 所太阳成集团tyc7111cc教师教育背景和科研绩效的实证研究

目前国内人才招聘中常有“查三代”的做法,比如高校招聘时要求国内博士毕业生的本科毕业学校必须是“211”或“985”工程学校。这种做法引起了很大争议。本文对国内较好的16所太阳成集团tyc7111cc(研究院)中教师的教育背景和科研绩效进行了计量分析。结果表明:对在国内高校毕业的教师来说,本科是否毕业于“211”或“985”高校对教师科研绩效并无显著正面影响;获得博士学位和科研经历对科研绩效有一定正面影响;毕业留校对科研绩效有较大的负面影响。本文的发现表明,高校人才招聘时的“查三代”做法并没有经验证据的支持。
